Hey and welcome to the forum.
Cant wait to meet you guys, love the breed however have yet to meet one in the fur so to speak. Would love to own one further down the line, that or a newfound or St Bernard. All big beauties Wont be for a very very long time though as my partner isn’t wanting to let us move into a larger house with a garden for this reason lol!
I own Muffin a 14 year old Beardie/schnauzer cross (we think) and Totts a 2 year old Jack Chi. _________________ http://www.justgiving.com/Laura-Anne-Innes Please support our cause. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Laura x |

don't give Haig such a hard time, that's meant to be my job. you have plenty of time for a house, wait till you have both finished college and uni and got yourselves sorted.
oh and have you forgotten what you said about the convenience of Totts and her forts coat. remember both the breeds you have mentioned take alot of grooming. _________________ microchiping and grooming www.chipnclip.co.uk

Lol dont worry yourself Kendal, im not pressuring Haig to do anything always wanted somewhere with a garden but the flat will do for now. Im talking many years down the line. I dont like buying breeds on a whim and I enjoy learning about breeds anyway. There are several breeds I am interested in owning but wont be till Im in the position to own one which will be many years down the line. The Bernese mountain, newfound or st bernard would only be when i get my farm which will take many a year (in the double digits without doubt)! I have my breed plan lol just need to see what happens
Yes I love Totts to bits but typically I like longer coated dogs and with owning Muffy I see the diff in owning a long haired breed and short coat. Totts is very easy to keep but still dont think my next dog would be another short coat. Plus she casts like mad anyway!
I wont be popping by the breeders any time soon (hopefully!) lol _________________ http://www.justgiving.com/Laura-Anne-Innes Please support our cause. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Laura x |

I had one of them too and eventually got Hektor! So dont give up, only took til I was 35, married with 2 kids and a garden!!
Huey is gorgeous, friends of ours in Germany had one up until recently, he was lovely too
Dont envy you the grooming though, I'm glad my two are wipe clean!

Haha yes the grooming will be fun! Our first Bernese. I've loved the breed for ages now so delighted we've actually got him.
We wanted an old man's name as when they get older there gentle and docile.
He goes for his first walk this week so will keep everyone posted.
And yes he's massive! that pic was him at 81/2 weeks so he's a monster now lol.

Hi
He is adorable, cant wait to meet him, we have a 7 month old staffy called Tia who is very interested in the larger dog.( I think she thinks she is 12 foot tall)
Hope to see you at the classes and on the walks.
